Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping within Canada We ship across Canada via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

- Expedited: 1–3 business days (rates vary by destination)
Local Pickup Prefer to pick up in person? We offer local pickup — simply enter code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive shipping fees. We'll send you a ready-for-pickup notification once your order is prepared.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package directly on the Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS website.
